Your privacy is important to me. I will therefore use and process your data in a secure manner following the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

Who I am

Wynke Lifestyle Coaching is a one-man business established in Amsterdam under KvK number 8258994. I am the data controller of your data.

What data do I use?

Below is an overview of the data I process, why I process it, how long I keep it and what legal basis I have for doing so.

I process your name, phone number,, e-mail and other data necessary to provide my services to you and enable the execution of the agreement.

To manage your order, I will keep your name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail, phone number, purchase history and payment details in my customer database for 7 years after our agreement. I do this for the purpose of performance and possible amendment of the agreement, as well as for the Tax Office.

For invoicing and financial administration, I process your name or that of your contact person, company name, billing address, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, customer number, e-mail, bank details and outstanding balance. Without this data, I cannot process your payment. The tax authorities have legally obliged me to keep this data of yours for 7 years.

How do I obtain this data?

I obtain the above data from you as a customer, contact person or website visitor, because you have provided this data to me.

Your rights regarding your data:

The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights regarding the personal data you have allowed me to process.

1. You can request to see your data from me at any time.

2. If you want to have your data amended, corrected, supplemented, blocked or deleted on the basis of inspection, you can submit a request to that effect.

3. You may object to the processing of your data.

4. Should you wish to transfer your data to another provider, I will provide your data in a structured form.

5. If I have processed data on the basis of your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may affect the services I can provide to you.

To exercise your rights, please send a request wynkehaanstra@gmail.com. I will process your request as soon as possible. If I cannot comply with your request, I will let you know why I reject your request.

To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, I ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN).

Who receives your data?

I am the sole recipient of your data. I will not provide your data to third parties, unless required by law. Under no circumstances will I sell your data to third parties.

I advise you to check this privacy statement regularly as I may make changes to the policy.
